Varietal: 85% Negroamaro 15% Malvasia Nera Alcohol: 14% Wine Notes: Decisive red wine, with intense fruity notes and cocoa, vanilla and coffee aromas. On the palate, it is harmonious, balanced and elegant with a long aromatic and fruity aftertaste. Winemaking Technique: Vinification by maceration with controlled temperature at 26°-28°C. After malolactic fermentation, refinement takes place in French tonneaux and American barriques for at least 10 months. Recommended Pairings: A perfect match with shellfish and red meat.
