Varietal: Primitivo Alcohol: 12.5% Wine Notes: Made with organically grown grapes, this is an intense red wine with hints of violets and fresh red fruits. On the nose, notes of currants and blackberries mingle with aromatics of nutmeg, licorice, chocolate and vanilla for beautifully elegant bouquet. The finish is long and balanced with hints of coconut and ripe fruit. Winemaking Technique: Vinification by maceration with controlled temperature at 24°-26°C. After malolactic fermentation, there is a brief refinement in stainless steel. Recommended Pairings: Pastas, fresh cheese, grilled vegetables, salumi and charcuterie. UPC Code: 8031303002257 |
