Area of Production: The grapes come from the hills of the Roero, known for the plantings of this indigenous variety.
Varietal: Arneis Alcohol: 14% Wine Notes: Rich bouquet full of white fruits and flowers, and slightly herbaceous. On the palate it is dry, crisp and floral - a delicious mix of dry white peach, pear and apricot fruit with alluring hints of citrus, honey, lemon and almond flavors. Wine Making Technique: Grapes are harvested by hand and then directly very softly crushed. Fermentation takes place at a low temperature without contact with the skins in order to emphasize the aromas and characteristics of the grape variety. Recommended Pairings: Perfect with oysters, seafood and fish in general. Also delicious on its own as an aperitif. UPC Code: 686368109717 |
