After three difficult years, the start of the 2014 vintage remained just as challenging for winemakers, but surprisingly nice weather conditions paired with the winemakers' expertise allowed for a bountiful harvest and a promising vintage in terms of quality.
Area of Production: The Côtes du Rhône vineyards cover two areas: the northern section from Vienne to Valence and the southern part from Montélimar to Avignon. Varietal: Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre Alcohol: 13% Wine Making Techniques: Horizontal press, aged in cement and stainless steel with an 8 month maturation period. Wines Notes: Deep color with almost black tints. The nose is powerful with aromas of black pepper, very ripe cherry and violet. Full and velvety characters in the mouth, flexible tannins and a dominant cherry note. Recommended Food: This lovely Côtes du Rhône is perfect served with oxtail stew and winter vegetables. It is also ideal with a pizza, braised boar, lamb shoulder, venison chops, pan-fried mushrooms, chicken, lamb curry, pasta or rice with sauce, sausages, cabbage and bacon, duck breast skewers and soft cheeses UPC Code: 089475311040 |

Côtes du Rhône Rouge Eternal springs embrace our eternal vines
Under our main vineyard there are three natural springs which symbolise eternal youth. They are directly connected to the vines imported by the Romans, guarantors of the ancient origins of the vineyard and the noun "eternity" which is a direct reference to God. This vineyard is heaven on earth, where time seems to stand still through the power of God's Spirit.
