METHOD OF PRODUCTION
Soft crushing, long maceration, temperature controlled fermentation. The wine is fined in prestigious oak barrels, bottled and cellared for a few months prior to its release.
WINE NOTES
Deep ruby red, with brilliant reflections and red garnet hues as it ages. Full and intense with long lasting flavors. Hints if wild black cherry, licorice, and vanilla.
RECOMMENDED FOOD
Full-flavored dishes; roasts, game, pasta with hearty sauces, aged cheeses.
