METHOD OF PRODUCTION
The Posis is the result of three years of collaboration with The Casal Thaulero Winery. The site of the vineyards was chosen for optimal grape-clone diversity and characteristics, in order to enrich the wine with more natural complex flavors. The objective was to create a wine with longevity, freshness, and ripe fruit combined to leave a rich and clean finish. Prior to the final blending process, individual lots are aged in small oak barrels.
WINE NOTES
Deep violet and ruby-red, with aromas of plum and ripe blackberry. The intense, mouth filling and long lasting flavors are reminiscent of ripe berry, leather, black pepper, vanilla and chocolate.
RECOMMENDED FOOD
Assertive, full-flavored country style cooking such as wild game Ossoboco, Roasted leg of lamb, Spaghetti puttanesca, Pasta with sausage, peppers, and onions. Generally, it is best with non-salty dishes.

Casal Thaulero Winery sources premium grapes from Abruzzo. The winery employs state of the art technology and fermentation sciences, in order to produce fresh, clean, fruity and well balanced wines.
